California native, Samantha Ledbetter, is a visual artist studying in photography/digital media and art history at Seattle Pacific University. She completed a visual arts major through her high school's Conservatory program and was a valuable member of the school's yearbook team. During her time in high school, she won multiple awards and honorable mentions for photography and digital media which led to her first magazine feature in a San Jose based art magazine, Content.

She is currently in her third year at University and has participated in a variety of SPU creative teams.  She photographed for SPU's student newspaper The Falcon and is now a photographer for SPU's Instagram account. For the 2019-2020 school year, she will be in the role of editor-in-chief of the campus’s art & literature journal, Lingua. Her studies have also lead her to studying art history abroad in Rome, Florence, and Venice.
