Cocktail Recipe:

1oz Prickly Pear Simple Syrup (below)
1/2oz Lime Juice
2oz Rum (any kind to your liking)
Grapefruit Soda
Citrus Peel

Prickly Pear Simple Syrup:

300g prickly pear fruit
100g sugar
100g water

Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain seeds and pulp out before bottling.
